Cheese bagels

What is needed (for 6-8 pieces):
🧀 sour milk cheese – 500 gr
🧀 flour – 190 gr
🧀 eggs – 2 pcs.
🧀 hard cheese – 90-100 gr
🧀 salt – to taste
🧀dill, parsley
🧀 sesame, yolk

Add grated hard cheese to sour milk cheese, beat eggs, add chopped greens and flour. Mix everything well.

Salt to taste. Knead the cheese dough, pinch off a piece and form bagels. Place on parchment, brush with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 ° with convection. Next, we cut across, spread the filling we like and cover it on top.
