Delicious cheesecake

What you need (a large square cake for 12 servings):
Dough:
flour – 330 gr
eggs – 2 pcs.
butter at room temperature – 150 gr
sour cream – 1 full tablespoon
sugar – 2 tbsp.
cocoa – 2 tsp.
baking powder – 1 tsp.

Filling:
sour milk cheese – 700 gr
eggs – 4 pcs.
vanilla – at the tip of a knife
sugar – 170 gr
starch – 1 tbsp.
butter – 100 gr

For the dough, you need to mix butter, sugar and eggs with a whisk, then add sour cream and mix again. Add flour, baking powder and cocoa, knead the dough. Divide into two parts and put in the freezer.

Meanwhile, we make the filling.

We use cold eggs. We separate the whites from the yolks. Add the yolks to the cheese, pour the whites into a clean, dry dish.
Beat cheese, yolks, sugar, vanilla, starch and melted butter well with a blender.

Beat the whites to peaks. Carefully mix them into the curd mass.

We cover the form with parchment, rub one part of the dough on a coarse grater on the bottom. Next, we spread the cheese and rub the second part of the dough on top.

We bake the cake for 60 minutes at 160 g, I baked even more than an hour.
